• All Trend sensor data points connected to plots and visible on the graphics pages will automatically have graph popup setup. • Correct facets configured across the site • Web Certificate – deploying self-signed certificate for secure https communication between IQVISION server and the web browser. • Users – Setting up users with appropriate roles and categories (Administrator users, Engineer, limited view only users, etc.)

Reliability

• Pre-agreed completion date to make sure that the project is finished on time. • Site visits – Where required visiting site to learn the network and deploying the graphics.

Communication

• Regular progress updates • Communication with client (where required) to ensure the highest client satisfaction

Going the extra mile

• Niagara offers extra features that are not always welcomed or liked by users used to 963 head end. We can remove the unnecessary right click options like Emergency Override, Auto, Active, Inactive, etc. so the end user is not confused and the UI (User Interface) is more intuitive. • Do you remember very useful feature of 963 where you just hover over a datapoint to find out its LAN, Outstation and Module number? IQVISION does not have this feature but we add it in automatically across the whole project as standard for your convenience.
